Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if under 18), acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I understand that participation in the Community Bike Ride involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, falls, weather conditions, and traffic-related hazards.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates of this event from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation.
4. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and will comply with all event rules, including wearing a helmet.
5. I grant permission for event organizers to use my image, likeness, or voice in photographs or media for promotional purposes without compensation.
